Home cooking : "roasted Ndolè" recipe

In Cameroon we know the traditional recipe of Ndolè with boiled peanuts, meat or shrimps etc. But, very few women try Ndolè roast. Here is the recipe for you to try this experiment.

What you need :
250 g washed Ndolè (about 3 to 4 balls)
100g of crayfish
2 medium onions (preferably red)
4 large cloves of garlic
1 leek stem (medium)
200 cl of palm oil
Macabo cooked (white or red)
Salt
Water
Chili (to choose)

Preparation and Cooking :
1 - Wash your ndolè one last time to remove the bitterness.
2 - Finely chop the onions, garlic and leek
3 - Clean the crayfish
4 - In a saucepan, pour your palm oil
5 - Once the oil has warmed, pour the minced ingredients and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
6 - Pour salt and a little water; stir then, pour the crayfish. Add chilli (to choose). Cover the saucepans and let simmer for 5 minutes
7 - Open and pour your Macabo (cooked in advance). Stir while pouring water
8 - pour your ndolè and watch the salting
9 - simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, then stir again. Close the pan
10 - It's ready!
