A study has shown that people who consume 2 to 5 cloves of garlic every day have less cholesterol and blood triglycerides than others. In fact, eating garlic helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and also act as a detoxifier in our body.

Garlic is also considered an anticancer because its regular consumption prevents cancer cells from developing namely breast, prostate, throat and many others. How to consume garlic:

-You consume your garlic in a dish of raw vegetables.

- Take a clove of garlic that you accompany with a tablespoon of honey and then chew you.

- in case of indigestion, take garlic with a glass of water Garlic is a very old traditional remedy.

Before the invention of antibiotics, garlic treated all kinds of diseases, from tuberculosis to typhoid. It was also used to heal wounds during the First World War. Garlic is used against infections, it enhances the action of chemical antibiotics and avoids their side effects.
