What you need :
250g Tapioca (preferably yellow) and dry
½ liter of water
1 green pepper
2 smoked fish
3 cloves of garlic
Chili (to choose)
Preparation and cooking :
1 - Finely chop the garlic, onion, chilli and pepper and put on a plate.
2 - In another plate, clean the crayfish and dip in a little water.
3 - Put a little water in your tapioca and let rest 5 minutes (just time to inflate slightly)
4 - Put oil in a saucepan and wait 5 minutes.
5 - Add the previously chopped ingredients and stir for 1 minute then, pour your crayfish (with their water), a pinch of salt and close the pan. Simmer for 2 minutes
6 - Once the first water has dried up, pour your tapioca stir continuously, adding water and salt (according to your convenience). Do it for 5 to 7 minutes (depending on whether the tapioca is very hard or not)
7 - Serve, it's ready!
